Lena Landis

Lena is a Certified Nutrition Specialist and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist who uses personalized nutrition, functional medicine labs, and blood work to uncover the root causes of her clients’ health concerns. She helps individuals understand their dietary patterns, hormones, gut, and metabolism while teaching them how to use food as medicine to correct deficiencies, heal the gut, balance hormones, and restore overall wellness.

With extensive experience across weight loss, public health, corporate wellness, and functional nutrition clinics, Lena combines evidence-based nutrition, functional medicine, and practical lifestyle strategies to help clients achieve sustainable results. Passionate about education, she also leads group programs, corporate workshops, and cooking demos to make healthy living approachable and enjoyable for all.
